A series of steps are carried out to ensure you get the best possible experience when opening your new MacBook, and using it from then on.
Step #1 - Device is checked one last time
Although our laptops are thoroughly checked and tested before we list them for sale, we would never want to send a faulty computer. Complete customer satisfaction is our goal and we achieve that by ensuring our Macs are dispatched problem-free.
Step #2 - Device is wiped and new OS is installed
The computer's hard drive is wiped of data and the latest Mac OSX version for that particular computer is freshly installed. This means that as soon as you turn your new MacBook on, you can enter your user details and make it truly yours.
Step #3 - Device is thoroughly packed and boxed
To make sure our notebooks have the safest journey to you, they are packed extremely well with appropriate materials and boxed.
Step #4 - Fully insured delivery is booked and item dispatched
We use the Yodel courier service. They have proven to be very reliable and we haven't had one case of an item being damaged or missing. Order before 2:30pm and your item will be sent same day.
