Delivery FAQs

How long will my item take to arrive?

It all depends what Marketplace you purchase our items from. When buying from eBay or Amazon, it usually takes 3 days to arrive. If you purchase via our website before, it will be sent next day.

How quickly are items dispatched?

Purchases made before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. This gives us enough time to test them and package them securely. We chose not to box up and package our items ready when we list them for sale, as we test them right before they leave. This eliminates the chance of you not being satisfied with your purchase.

I have an issue with delivery, who's responsible?

It's 100% our responsibility to ensure your item gets into your hands. Please don't call the courier company if you have a problem, that's our job. We'll contact them and provide you with helpful information that will resolve any issue you may have.

Product FAQs

I have an issue with a product I purchased, what should I do?

First thing to do is contact us. Please don't take it somewhere else and ask for a repair quote etc. This will only stress you out more as they will greatly overcharge. If the product is within the agreed warranty period; we will pick it up, fix it and deliver again it for free. 

I need help using my computer

If you aren't sure about using a feature on your new computer, we'll be happy to offer phone and email support during the period you own one of our notebooks.
