• When a customer's email address is submitted to us, it is added to a client database. This database is secure and stored locally (on a hard drive, not online somewhere). It is 100% secure. We will not offer it to anyone else ever.
  
• Phone number and email address are to be used for enquires by customers only, we don't want to be sold any services by other companies.
• Technical information shared on blog is purposely jargon-free to make it easier to read.

Terms of our sales

• Sales made on our website are carried out by Paypal. This means we do not store any financial details about customers.
• As our items are sold in multiple places, we may have to refuse sale if another customer made it first. Full refund will be given.

Terms of our Products

• The products we sell are not manufactured by us, so we can not be held responsible for any manufactural defects.
  
• Serial numbers of every product we sell is taken note of. If customer returns item stating it's faulty, but serial number indicates it's not the same item that was sold to them, no refund or free repair will be carried out. Customer can choose whether to arrange redelivery at their expense.
