Not only do we sell great computers, we're also great at fixing them. The laptops we sell are known to be extremely reliable, things can still go wrong though.


Free 30 day cover

A 30 day warranty can be added for free. This will cover any issues that arise during then. We need to know when you start using the laptop though. So all you need to do is
complete a simple form and your cover will be activated.
3 Months Cover
This warranty will cover any mechanical faults that occur during this time. Laptop will be picked up, fixed, then delivered for free. All for £25.
Full Year Cover
Covers you for a full year from purchase. Includes everything from silver, plus free laptop sleeve case. 
Just £45.

Terms of Warranty

We want the terms of these services to be plain and clear to you, 
  • We can identify the difference between a malfunction and accidental user damage. User damage is not covered.
  • Warranty only covers mechanical faults. Cosmetic faults are not covered.
  • A serial number is attached to every computer we sell, so we'll know if you're returning the computer we sold you or not. 
  • Any of these guarantees must be made within a week of the courier company notifying us laptop has been delivered.
  • By choosing them, you're agreeing to all these terms.
